VACCINATIONS

Important - Please read BEFORE booking in your pet

Dogs and cats must have had their yearly booster and their vaccination record book be signed by your vet.
You must present this to to our receptionist prior to boarding.

We do not insist on Kennel Cough vaccine, however should you choose to give this to your dog please do so at least 14 days before boarding with us.

Puppies and kittens must have had both sets of injections prior to boarding.

BOOKING IN

On arrival at Orchard Farm, please report to our reception clearly marked on your right hand side. Please ensure that dogs are on leads, cats and other animals should be in suitable cages. You may wish to leave your pets in the car whilst the necessary paperwork is completed.

You will need with you your up-to-date vaccination certificate. This we insist on and dogs or cats will not be accepted without this.

A record card is completed together with a booking form. Please allow enough time, especially on your first visit, as we need to know as much as possible about your pet to ensure we cater for all requirements, especially kisses and cuddles as well as serious stuff such as dietary needs. We do ask for a contact number either your mobile or a close friend or relative.

You can choose to make payment as you arrive or at the end of your pet's stay before you collect them. We accept cards, cheque with banker's card or cash.

We require that you read and sign to accept our Terms & Conditions and we issue you with a receipt for confirmation that we have your pet in our care.
